THE CHALLENGE

West Chester University Speech Dept was looking for a unique CRM platform that would have all of the components they needed as a University Speech and Audiology Clinic. They were using paper charts which was creating a backlog and their system did not allow for remote access and multi therapist collaboration.

THE SOLUTION

VirtualTx was chosen after WCU demoed 8 other platforms over 2/3 years. Both student clinicians and staff received an online live demonstration and were on-boarded and began using the platform within 1 week. VirtualTx Improved convenience and accessibility for student clinicians and for the Supervising staff and created new features for the University Clinic and aligned the platform to their specific needs. THE RESULTS

The platform has helped the West Chester University clinic become fully digital and allowed remote access to both Student clinicians and their clinical supervisors. Patient’s files have been uploaded and now can be accesses and used both on and off site when needed
